Super terrible sore throat.

Hello

I’m feeling very sick since Friday, and its getting worse, have been the whole weekend at home feeling awfully without improvement.
My throat burns and hurts a lot, also feel like strong fever/shivers and whole body feels really weak and hurts a bit.
Its difficult to swallow, speak, breath, haven’t been able to eat much on the weekend because of this..
I start asphyxiating randomly when I’m asleep which happens almost every 2 hours, so I immediately wake up and hasn’t been able to sleep much.
I’ve tried paracetamol and a lot of throat mints but the relief is almost insignificant..

Its Sunday night (9PM) and I’ve tried calling some numbers to get advised if I should go to emergency or go where, but after waiting for several minutes I hear only pre-recorded messages in Dutch which I can’t understand.

What should I do? Thanks!
